Intense purple ink hues dominate the incredible depth of colour.

Bouquet:

After a little time to breathe, the nose erupts with ripe plum, black olive and inky liquorice aromas. Maturing in fine grain oak barrels for 18 months has given the bouquet delightful sweet cashew nut and vanillin overtones.

Palate:

Flavours include ripe plum mulberry and liquorice, combined with an earthy richness that lingers on immensely. A wine to savour with the soft puckering tannins and pleasant acidity lasting well beyond the primary fruit flavours.
