Colour:

Deep red colour - almost black.

Bouquet:

Luscious aromas of super-ripe dark berry fruits, dark chocolate and mocha along with plum puddings notes evident on the nose.

Palate:

Rich, dark fruit cake flavours with hints of liquorice and big dollops of sweet blueberry flavours. Fine tannins and a touch of toasted oak give length and balance to a flavour packed palate.

Ageing potential:

This is lovely rich, ripe Barossa Shiraz with good structure. Enjoyable now but can be cellared for 5-8 years.
